• Perfect Bond Cleaning must be notified as soon as possible regarding defects of the clean so that we may comment, inspect and return in a timely manner. This must be in written format by email to us. Email address outlining in detail the items that need to be rectified. It is important that this is done within the three-day allowance.
• Please allow for 48 hours for our cleaners to re-attendance. We do not offer refunds without the opportunity to rectify any issues. The service guarantee only covers the cleaning of the unsatisfactory items at the property and does not entitle you to have the entire cleaning package nor additional items redone.
• The service guarantee can only be invoked by the person who booked the cleaning service, with the exception of the vacate clean of which the owner of the property or the real estate agent managing the property may invoke the work guarantee on behalf of the person who booked the service. The service guarantee is only valid for up to 7 workings days after the date of the cleaning service and under the following conditions being met:
No building or maintenance work has been carried out at the property during or after the cleaning has been finished including but not limited to; renovation work, flooring replacement/repair, painting and decorating, plumbing or electrical work and other such similar services.
The property has only had minimal and light foot traffic during or after the cleaning, this exclusively excludes but is not limited to excluding; parties being held or other such large social gatherings at the property, home-open/house viewings other and such similar activities*. That the toilets etc have not been used at viewings and open homes and that the floors have not been marked from parties walking on the floors with dirty shoes/feet etc.
The property has not been damaged in any way, be this from weather conditions or other such acts of nature, accidents by an external party or the person who booked the clean or animals left in the property during or after the cleaning.
Please be aware that only the areas mentioned in your initial claim are covered by the guarantee. We won’t include new or extra places that weren’t initially reported.
The service guarantee will only be honoured on the same clean at the same property up to a maximum of 2 times, after that Perfect Bond Cleaning will cease to re-attend to the property in dispute of that clean. All items that you wish to be rectified must be listed in the initial email and no other further items may be added a second time that we could have rectified on the initial reattend.
The property has not been left open or unlocked, unattended or has had a security breach and had unwanted patrons enter after the cleaning service.
The property must be in a liveable condition at the time of the service taking place for the service guarantee to be honoured, this includes but is not limited to meeting the following criteria:
I. The property is not excessively damaged, be this cosmetic or structurally.
II. There are no issues with feral animals, bugs, insects or such at the property.
III. The property must have safe and usable electrical outlets and must have running hot water.
Any of the above will void the guarantee.
Perfect bond cleaning accepts no responsibility for bonds held back by real estate agents or owners nor for additional rent charges or other such charges accrued. The cleaning guarantee does not include blinds or ceiling cleaning. An additional price can be paid for cleaners to manually clean blinds.

The purpose of the spot clean is to clean the basic marks from high traffic areas to meet the bond standard, however additional charge may apply if walls are badly marked, or heavily stained as they may require extra cleaning time.
External windows, Glass and Outside Areas:
These areas are not warranted due to weather circumstances.
Although we aim to ensure every job is cleaned professionally and every client is happy, not all stains can be removed and not all cleaning is reversible.
Our definition of satisfaction pertains to a level of improvement not perfection! Properties in a state of wear and tear or in some instances “Trashed Properties” cannot be renewed to brand new, however we will do our utmost to ensure your property is cleaned professionally and looks great.
• Valid for 7 days after completion.
• If for some reason the work does not pass bond inspection, the customer is required to lodge this within 7 days. Perfect Bond Cleaning will organise its representatives to return to rectify any issues without charge. This process occurs within 48 hours from receiving exit condition report or similar from real estate.
• Before rectifications works commencing, the Customer is required to provide the job sheet containing the clear list of works to complete. This document must be issued by the Real Estate or Landlord.
• Our scope of works does not cover dust settlement that occurs normally between time of service and reinspection. Note that accumulation of dust over time is considered normal and activities such as ‘open homes’ are likely to speed up this process.
• For quotes provided without inspections, the quote is only an ‘estimate’ based on the information available at the time. The basis of this estimate is an ‘average room sizes in a property left in a reasonable state of cleanliness’.
• The quotation is subject to change for the following reasons: state of property not as expected; customers original requirement is altered; variations to the condition or size. Any of these reasons constitutes the booking to be altered by mechanisms of: re-scheduling; cancellation, at the discretion of Perfect bond cleaning.
• Our standard steam carpet cleaning will remove dirt, grime and dust from every day foot traffic and most clear liquid spills.
• Extra charges may apply to heavily soiled carpets.
• Our best effort will be made to clean the carpets, but the result will vary from carpet to carpet, and the result will be dependent on a number of factors beyond the control of Perfecct bond cleaning and that we give no guarantee as to the actual result of the service.
• Please note that any wear or discolouring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed.
• Some stains that are deemed permanent may not respond satisfactorily to any treatment. For this reason, we do not guarantee removal of permanent stains.
• In addition to the obligations and warranties set out in clause 3 above, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• The Cleaner is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises;
• Cleaners are not allowed to move furniture or lift objects that weigh more than 10 kg
• Clients must make sure that any furniture, appliances, or other heavy items that need to be cleaned are relocated before the team arrives.
• Domestic ladders with a maximum of three steps are permitted for use by cleaners. This precaution guarantees that all cleaning duties are carried out within appropriate physical bounds and safely.
• Any damage must be reported via email within 24 hours of service.
• Any personal properties that are left behind within property we will not be held accountable for their additional loss when disposed of with waste products unless the client notified us via email.
• Our cleaning specialists will also look for any prior damage to the property during the first visual assessment.
• Before the cleaning process begins, any problems will be noted and communicated to the client.
Perfectbond Cleaning believes in transparency. You can cancel cleaning bookings before 48 hours & get a 100% refund. Cleaning booking canceled after 48 hours will not be compensated or charged $149 as a penalty.
In the case of advanced bookings, you are not eligible for getting any refund before 48 hours, however, the penalty for cancellation will be charged $149 after 48 hours.
