Perfect bond Cleaning offers a 100% quality guarantee for all services, which means in the event your real estate agent or landlord does not pass the final inspection for the property serviced, Perfectbond Cleaning will return to rectify the issue free of cost.
Guarantee
- Our Bond cleaning Guarantee means that we will return free of charge to rectify any issue the agent has with the Cleaning provided by us or our sub contractors.
- We require 24-48 hrs of time period from the time we have received the email of the Re-cleaning from your property manager,
- Our bond return guarantee is only in effect if you contact us within 7 working days Of the performed Service time and date are contracted after that time period, then the bond return guarantee does not apply.

Carpet Cleaning
Standard carpet cleaning does not include stain removal services. We will make an effort to reduce the visibility of stains. Although some carpet stains are simply permanent and ofcourse we cannot take responsibility for these stains.
Cancellation
Perfectbond Cleaning believes in transparency. You can cancel cleaning bookings before 48 hours & get a 100% refund. Cleaning booking canceled after 48 hours will not be compensated or charged $149 as a penalty.
In the case of advanced bookings, you are not eligible for getting any refund before 48 hours, however, the penalty for cancellation will be charged $149 after 48 hours.
